UTILISE ASSETS TO EASE CASHFLOW
Asset Financing
Many businesses we speak to are struggling despite them having significant assets on their balance sheet. Asset financing basically involves taking out secured lending against the value of these assets, to provide a business with a cash injection. This can then be used to get you through a tough spell, or to invest in making efficiencies, improving performance etc.

FAQ
Asset Financing for your Business
There are many ways of valuing a business, and whether you are seeking additional finance to fund growth or to allow breathing space with debts, its important that you get proper advice in order that the right finance at the right repayment and rate is arranged.
Personal guarantees are provided by individuals, normally directors, to promise to pay company debts in the event that the company itself cannot pay. It’s important to take legal advice before signing a personal guarantee due to the consequences of reneging on them.
Asset finance tends to fall into two types; borrowing money against existing assets within a business, and borrowing in order to purchase new equipment. Obviously, what we tend to get involved with is the first of these, whereby a business is able to borrow money against an asset it already owns, in order to free capital, either to ease cashflow or provide investment funds, for example to drive efficiencies.
